Natural Home Remedies With Lilacs

Here’s what you can use for:

Against rheumatism
Put fresh flowers from lilacs in a jar, pour oil through them, close and leave in the sun for 15 days. Use this oil use for massage to diseased body parts and place coatings. It helps in digestion, so make a massages of the abdomen.
Against swelling of the legs

  • 50 grams of crushed flower of purple lilacs
  • 50 g leaf of ivy
  • 50 g flower horse chestnut
  • 1 liter of olive oil
Put all ingredients into a glass jar or bottle, close and leave in a warm room for 30 days, with occasional shaking.
Improves digestion
Half a handful of lilacs flowers pour in 1 liter of boiling water, let it be covered for 1 hour, then strain, and drink sweetened, 2-3 cups a day.

Reduction of high temperature
Half a handful of dry lilacs pour in 1 liter of boiling water, let it be covered for 1 hour, then strain and drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
15 to 20 grams lilacs, pour in 1 liter of boiled water, let it boil for 2-3 minutes, allow to stand for 30 minutes, then strain and drink 2 cups a day.
Against fatigue – numbness of legs and arms
Mix 5 tablespoons of chopped flower of lilacs and leaf of white ash, put in 1 liter of brandy, close the bottle and leave in a warm place for 20 days with occasional shaking. Then strain and massage your hands and feet three times a day, 10 minutes, after that wrap in wool towels and let it act for 1 hour.
