1 pitcher (64 ounces) of clean filtered water
1 organic lemon, washed and cut into eighths
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions:
Fill the pitcher with clean filtered water, and add the lemon wedges, but without squeezing them. Next, add 1 tablespoon of Himalayan Pink Salt, cover the pitcher, and let it stand overnight, 8-12 hours at a room temperature.
